Greetings to all the NG. It's my firs post here.

I've got this two stuffs:
1) Lenovo laptop Z570.
2) and this power bank

May I fully charge the power bank using the Laptop USB or there is the
risk to damage the laptop or the power bank or both or to only
partially charge the power bank?

It should be fine to fully charge with the laptop...if you have USB 3 (some have only one port for USB 3) use that...it has a higher current rating (and of course, you must be plugged-in to AC!)
