This is a utility to control the graphics/text expansion features built
into the C&T 65550/4 graphics chip. Now has true TSR mode. Can be
unloaded.
Confused? OK, put it this way. Quake now fills the screen. :-)

I'm without the bookmark at the moment and haven't the time to look into it, but
if you can find the "Ultimate Unofficial 486 Toshiba FAQ" (seems unGoogleable,
I'll post a link tomorrow if I can), that would be a good place to start.

I just posted this on the toshiba forum where someone was looking for the file. I have not had time to test this out yet:

I just got the 430cds model myself for some old games. I noticed your post and found the VEXP homepage.

http://www.dil.u-net.com/vexp.htm

I can't believe that the page and file is still up. Last updated in 1997. I have not tried it yet, maybe to night.

You may also want to look at SciTech UniVBE and Display Doctor at the vogons forums.

Vogons is a good site to get info and help with old computers

It doesn't have anything about Video drivers, but for the
record it seems that the "Ultimate Unofficial 486 Toshiba
FAQ" has gone offline. It can be found on the Wayback Machine
