just adding x-posting to Laptops -
Wonder if any of the latest Dell laptops have the new Displayport
connector
vs the old VGA connector.
Was wondering this as all our A/V equip like projectors, Elmo overhead &
Smartboard
have the cable expecting a VGA connector on the laptop

Most newer ones will have HDMI and not DVI...but you can get an adapter if DVI is needed.
